Shipping

Items will be packaged very well and thoroughly protected, including bubble wrap. Usually a lot of my packaging will be recycled to help protect the environment. I use domestic and international couriers as service providers - as I am based in Florida, USA at the moment. If you need something urgently, please contact me prior to purchasing the item.

If paying by PayPal, I will send the item to the delivery address stated at the checkout, not the PayPal account.

Processing your order: 1-4 days for small paintings, up to 14 days for large artworks.

Please note: If the item is being shipped overseas, there is a very slim chance that it can be kept in customs. Please understand that this is a risk with all international packages, and should not normally be a problem.

Any taxes or duties are at expense to the purchaser.

USA: All artwork prices are listed as final prices and include applicable Florida sales tax where required by law. No additional sales tax will be added at checkout. Shipping is not included in the artwork price and will be calculated separately based on destination. Orders shipped outside Florida are not subject to Florida sales tax.

Europe: local VAT and import taxes may be charged by customs upon arrival.

Other countries: local taxes may apply and are collected by customs during the shipping.

If a painting is larger than 30 × 40 inches (76 × 102 cm), it is often safer and more cost-effective to ship it rolled (unstretched). You’ll be able to easily stretch it over wooden bars or frame it at your local framer.

Buyers are responsible for any customs taxes or additional charges that may occur. All large paintings are insured during shipping, seller is not responsible for any delays during shipping or customs.

If goods have been damaged once you receive them, please sign for as 'damaged in transit' or email within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds

If you would like a refund, please contact me. The item must be re-sent back to the return address for my attention, and be in good condition with the original packaging. No amount can be refunded until the item has been returned in undamaged condition.
